Refund and Return Policy
At fumotoys, we want you to be absolutely thrilled with your new FUMO companion. With 6 years of professional experience, we stand behind the quality of our products.
1. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your FUMO must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items

Exclusive & Pre-order Items: Due to their limited nature, exclusive items (such as the Touhou Makuka Sai series) are final sale unless they arrive damaged.

Sale Items: Items purchased during "Price Drop" events (e.g., the $19.9 Ranni promotion) are generally non-refundable unless defective.
3. Damages and Issues (The "Quality Guarantee")
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if:

The item is defective or damaged.

You received the wrong character.

Note on "Handmade" Nature: As FUMO plushes are partially handmade, slight variations in stitching or "facial symmetry" are normal and not considered defects.
4. Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (wrong item or defect), fumotoys will cover the return shipping cost.

For "Change of Mind" returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees and ensuring the item arrives safely back to our warehouse.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
